Description

"Itata" blend of ideal varieties for sparkling wine. Slightly pink color due to Cinsault and a juicy and fresh palate due to the contribution of Muscat.
"Pale reddish color. Aromas dominated by Cinsault, with fresh berries such as cherries. On the palate it is smooth and delicate with creamy and pleasant bubbles. Fresh ending with a slight sensation of sweetness provided by muscat."

Ideal company for cheeses and cold meats. Also, to accompany fresh seafood such as oysters. Serve very cold between 5 and 8ºC.
