Traditional German variety, wine fermented in french barrels. Wines of great volume in the palate and aromas of white fruit and of great complexity.
"Yellow color. Complex aromas of white fruits. With great evolution due to its fermentation and aging in barrels. In the palate it feels great volume and structure with a fresh and long finish."
PAIRING
Ideal company for fresh pasta and white meats. Fried fish, strong cheeses and cold meat. Serve depending on the pairing (food temperature) between 8ºC to 12ºC.
