Untraditional mixture of these two varieties of great fame all over the world. Wine with typical aromas that come from Chardonnay and a fresh and citrus palate from Riesling.
"Greenish yellow color. Chardonnay dominates the nose with its vanilla notes. On the palate it is large, fresh and with an ending where citrus notes and the typical acidity of Riesling appear."
PAIRING
Ideal company for cold white meats or fresh pasta. Green salads with goat cheese and olives. Also hot dishes like “Curanto” and stuffed fish. Serve at 8ºC.
